Support Me As I Walk4ALZ! As many of you know, my dad passed away from complications from dementia in 2018. I found the local Alzheimers association to be a wealth of resources and information for my family as we navigated the slippery slope of Alzheimer's.

This October, I will Walk4ALZ to help provide thousands of San Diego families with care and support today. Please consider sponsoring me and help me make a local difference.

Last year was the first year that I walked and it was a moving experience for my husband and myself. I exceeded my fundraising goal by raising over $300!
