Support Me As I Walk4ALZ!
My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2011 when she was 79 years old.
I feel gratitude because we still see our Mom (who is now 93) and can hug and kiss her, and sadness because she is not the Mom we remembered growing up.
I miss our conversations and her stories and the way she use to express herself. I miss the way she use to dress, to the 9s!
Experiencing the loss gradually is painful.
October 17th, I will Walk4ALZ for our Mom, and to help provide thousands of San Diego families with care and support today. Please consider sponsoring me and help me make a local difference.
100% of the dollars we raise will stay in San Diego to help our community!
Remember, big or small, every dollar makes a difference. Please give as generously as you can and thank you for your support!
