Walking for my dad 💜

This October, I will participate in Walk4ALZ in honor of my dad and the more than 100,000 San Diegans living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia.

Through my family’s own journey, I’ve seen how vital local support, education, and resources are for those navigating dementia care. The Alzheimer’s Association and community partners provide that lifeline — and they do it right here, for our neighbors and loved ones.

Every dollar raised stays 100% in San Diego County, helping to fund programs, respite care, and guidance for families who urgently need it.

I’m walking to honor my dad’s strength and to help ensure that every San Diegan facing dementia has the support they deserve.
