In conversations with friends and acquaintances, I often hear of family members dealing with Alzheimer's/dementia. These stories are especially difficult for me as I saw it happen to my grandmother and my mother-in-law. That's why every year, I walk!
Did you know that there are more than 100,000 San Diegans living with Alzheimer's or another dementia? This October, I will Walk4ALZ to help provide thousands of San Diego families with care and support today.
